Refunds/Cancellation:

This is an electronic purchase; we sell the intangible items which may not be returned. This is not the physical product which you may get delivered to you and if it does not suit to your need then you will be returned that to the seller.

Once you buy any educational course product then instantly you will have the access of the material, once you get the access of the material then you will have the chance to copy and paste the material into your pc or laptop. So, return is not applicable for any course we sell. However, if you will be having any technical issues then you will be provided full assistance by emailing at query@nexancourse.com

Once you place the order then your order will not be cancelled. So, your need to the product description and other things. It will be your responsibility after placing the order.

Refund on Damaged or Defective Product Received:

As we have already mentioned that we sell the digital goods or Intangible items as digital exams. Which cannot be damaged or defective anyhow. Our company allows only Instant downloading access of this any purchased product digital file. We do not allow any physical shipment.

Please consider this policy as final notice from our company prior to buying the product. Any query of refund will not be applicable of damaged or defective product received. Refund on Product received not described:

Our all the products are completely described. As summary in each product description, we have mentioned that that we do provide Questions & Answers for each exam only. We do not sell any specific contents; we only consider the standard contents of each exam. So, any query of refund due to product received not described will not accepted.
